Last Black Friday, IKEA's European operator suffered a major cyber attack which resulted in a significant disruption to their operations. Now, several months later, the group has announced that while operations are back to normal, the attack ended up costing the firm tens of millions of dollars.

Just a few years prior to the incident, the company faced a similar incident as a result of a phishing attack. In that breach, company emails were compromised which resulted in the threat spreading throughout several IKEA organizations and suppliers. Read more about this story on our LinkedIn page
