Spotify was down across parts of the US as users reported facing connectivity issues with the music streaming platform. Users vented their frustration on social media. Around 62% of users reported issues with the app while 24% reported issues with the website. Some Spotify Premium members reported encountering issues with volume control and other users have had issues with the app on their Apple Watches and on Android.
