For around two hours on Tuesday, the popular social platforms from Meta-Facebook and Instagram faced an outage across multiple countries. It was reported that Whatsapp Business too was also facing issues. At the peak of the outage, there were more than 550,000 reports of disruptions for Facebook and about 92,000 for Instagram.
