The Department of Social Services’(DSS) website in parts of South Carolina was down for almost a day from 03/03/24. With the DSS website down, access to essential services, including the Benefits Portal site, had been affected.

This site is a critical resource for the community, offering online applications for various programs such as SNAP, TANF, Child Support, and Childcare Scholarships. Service was finally restored at 2 pm on Monday. Read more about this story on our LinkedIn page
