Daylight Savings Time Change - March 11, 2007
On March 11, 2007 there will be an early start to Daylight Savings Time. This page
describes how each of our products supports this change.
NetIntercept
NetIntercept versions 3.22 and later fully support the new change to Daylight Savings Time.
The 3.22 update was sent to all customers with current support contracts.
A note about NetIntercept and time: All NetIntercept appliances are
shipped with their BIOS set to GMT. All of NetIntercept's internal timestamps
are based upon the BIOS clock setting. FreeBSD sets time zones in the operating
system. Therefore, if you update your NetIntercept system to version 3.22 (or
later) after March 11, 2007, your timestamps will still be accurate, and all
your data will be intact.
